01 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hbazee online gaming platform ("Platform" or "Site"). These Terms are considered a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and hbazee ("Company", "we", "us").

By accessing the hbazee platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

Registration Terms

• Each individual may open only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date.

Identity Verification (KYC)

03 Account Security and Responsibility

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit amount on the hbazee platform is ৳100 (Bangladeshi Taka), and this applies to all payment methods. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if fraud or irregular activity is suspected.

05 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. This means the wagering condition is the bonus amount multiplied by 20.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotion only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another user.
• Promotion terms must be met within the specified time limit.
• Unused bonuses will be cancelled once the time limit has passed.
• hbazee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

06 Gaming Rules

All games offered on the hbazee platform are operated according to set rules. Each game's outcome is determined by an accredited Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and impartial results.

• Game results are final and cannot be changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, hbazee reserves the right to cancel or restart the game in question.
• If the internet connection is lost, the outcome of the active game will be determined according to server logs.
• Any payment made due to a game error or malfunction will be considered void.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbazee platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting any form of cheating, fraud, or system hacking.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to earn bonuses in a manner that violates the rules.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by hbazee

hbazee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Direction from a law enforcement authority.
• Use of the account by a minor.

Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Before closing your account, make sure there are no pending withdrawals on your account. After the account is closed, any existing balance will be returned via the designated payment method, however any bonus balance will be considered void.

09 Responsible Gaming

hbazee places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not an alternative source of income.
